Easter Sunday
Easter defies expectations. Always. The women go to the tomb and don’t find what they expect. They report their dazzling experience to the disciples (and all the rest) and their disbelief in the report as an idle tale is driven by the story being incongruent with their expectations. Easter confronts expectations of how circumstances must be with re-formation, renewal, and restoration.
